Eva Eldridge, Director, Chartered Scientist and a Psychologist (BSc MSc, PhD)

Eva is a social psychologist (BSc, MSc) with an organisation and business psychology PhD in progress. She is a Chartered Scientist and a certified, accredited Executive and Systemic Team coach with additional certification in workplace skills and personality assessment (administration and interpretation). Eva is experienced in:

  • individual and teams’ resilience and well-being

  • teams’ and groups’ processes and performance

  • organisational and individual leadership development

  • career transition

  • psychology of conflict, power/status and diversity

  • coaching individuals and teams in pressurised environments 

As a director of Actinium CS, Eva ensures that the company is at the forefront of leadership and team development social science research. She creates innovative, cutting-edge programs and interventions for science and industry. These help enterprises and high performing executives to practically apply sophisticated scientific and robust models to implement sustainable change in desired areas of human functioning in an organisational context.

In addition to extensive research into team dynamics and performance, Eva has worked on behavioural, cognitive and emotional aspects of conflict and power relationships and group decision making in top management teams across various sectors and industries.

Prior to joining Actinium CS, Eva ran a highly successful independent practice in adult learning and development as well as health psychology related issues (stress, depression, anxiety in oncology healthcare settings). Eva’s interventions are described as honest, warm and empathetic with a good balance of support and challenge.

Murray has led significant sized commercial B2B organisations (£25m to £1bn) and has been a member of ‘top teams’ since 1986 in multiple sectors that include: oil & gas, telecoms, water desalination and maritime industries. Experience has been in both established companies and start-ups with extensive involvement in joint ventures, alliances and consortiums.

As a director of Actinium CS, in addition to roles as a non-executive director, Murray has been working with teams of leaders on a wide range of board and organisation performance related assignments. Companies have ranged from SME’s to large multi-national companies and across a variety of industries.

In addition to his considerable, real life experience, Murray has enhanced his practical knowledge through his work with leading, international business institutions and university business schools. This has ensured he remains current with the latest, relevant, business theory and thinking with particular expertise in strategy, governance (especially around ESG matters), leadership and decision making.

This powerful blend of substantial experience running organisations in tough environments combined with currency in latest intellectual thinking and science in business, enables Murray to offer insightful facilitations and develop practical, implementable interventions with the most senior teams of leaders.
